Air Liquide IT

Air Liquide IT is the entity managing global infrastructures, data platforms and IT application of the Air Liquide Group. I was in a one-person UX team, working on the continuous improvement of running applications. I worked closely with the Designers of the Air Liquide Digital Factory.

One Website

The 1-Website project was aimed at building a new website to replace 2 existing European websites: an e-commerce one: https://mygas.airliquide.cc and a corporate one: https://industry.airliquide.cc

The business brief was to build an SEO friendly & mobile-first website, to allow e-commerce, lead generation and customer care in a single place. 

I led the UX & UI design of this project, with punctual help of La Digital Factory on Design Methodology, User Research and Product design.

Distributor Interface

The Distributor Interface project was aimed at building a Progressive Web App to replace the existing interface MyGasPartner (MGP).

 

The new interface allows Distributors partners to sell Air Liquide products and services and create contracts. It also allows them to manage their delivery tours, stocks and invoices.

At first, I assisted La Digital Factory in designing the UI.

I was then fully in charge, leading the UX & UI Design, with punctual help from La Digital Factory on User Research.

myGAS

My first project was to improve the  UX and UI of the existing website myGAS. myGAS was the European e-commerce website and client portal. It was both a mobile responsive website and a mobile native application. My main goal was to align the interface on the Air Liquide Design System.

Evolutions were now frozen due to the 1-Website project.

Customer Cockpit

The Customer Cockpit project was aimed at revamping the existing Salesforce website to help them prepare their customer tour.

The project was aborted due to Global considerations on the digital ecosystem dedicated to Salesforce teams.

Digital Marketing

As part of my initial education I got skills in Digital Marketing. Hence, I was asked to provide trainings for the European Digital Marketing community on various topics such as :

- SEO

- SEA

- Marketing automation

- Email Marketing

I also implemented tools for Europe such as : Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Mailjet and Pardot for which I trained Digital Marketers.
